Such a change of name is not a reorganization, and therefore does not entail any legal consequences, except for the actual change of the name.
Activities of Kazan Aggregate Plant LLC: Development, testing and manufacturing of aircraft rescue equipment for evacuation and emergency medical care, as well as new modern ground support equipment for aircraft and equipment of helicopters.
